BLAC Chyna will seek to get a restraining order against Rob Kardashian after his revenge porn rampage her lawyer says.
Lisa Bloom posted on Twitter that she will go to court on Monday on behalf of the reality star after Rob appeared to post nude pictures of his ex.
She wrote: “I represent Blac Chyna. I just gave Rob Kardashian notice that we’ll be in court Monday seeking restraining orders against him. More to come.”
Rob went on a social media rampage and appeared to post nude pictures of his former girlfriend on Wednesday.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also alleged she used drugs and claimed to have paid for Chyna to have $100,000 of cosmetic surgery.
Under California law, it is illegal to post explicit images of someone in order to cause distress or exact revenge – the crime is punishable with up to six months in jail.
However, TMZ reported that Rob may not have a case to answer after Blac ‘liked’ some of the photos, indicating she is not ‘distressed’ by them – something the website say is needed to secure conviction under the law.
Once his Instagram had been closed, Rob took to Twitter and made more wild claims, this time dragging his youngest sister Kylie Jenner into it, who dated Tyga – Blac’s ex and father of her son, until April this year.
He tweeted: “We had a beautiful baby girl that was the best thing that’s happened to me and soon as that baby was born Chyna was out.
“Soon as Kylie and Tyga broke up Chyna was over the game. She had a baby out of spite and I’ll never view her the same.”
He added: “I truly thought Chyna wanted to be a family and that’s why I was so loyal to her but I learned my lesson and everyone else was right.”
A new report has since suggested Rob might end up raising Dream alone as Chyna has no plans to take a child custody battle to court.
TMZ.com reports the pair are both reluctant to slog it out in front of a judge to decide who will get primary physical custody of their little girl.
The website states Rob is keen to raise Dream himself, and Chyna won't fight him.
