Lil Wayne reps his squad and brings fans into the creative process in the performance-filled video for “Loyalty” featuring Gudda Gudda and HoodyBaby.
Shot inside of a recording studio, the visual features the Young Money rappers in front of the camera. Gudda kicks things off, while Tunechi skates behind him. Then, Hoody takes over for his verse in the lab.
Standing on top of a piano, Weezy finishes off the track with a confident verse filled with punchlines and boasts. “I got more purple rain than Prince and more cocaine than Mitch,” he brags. “I got more shit than piss and make more money than sense.”
“Loyalty” is a single off Wayne’s In Tune We Trust EP, which dropped last month. Meanwhile, Tunechi remains entangled in a Cash Money lawsuit that is preventing Tha Carter V from being released.
In January, Young Money president Mack Maine also revealed that Wayne, Hoody, and Gudda are teaming up for a joint project titled L.A.T., which he described as “bananas.”
