It’s Breezy, Snoop D-O-Double-G, and O.T. After promising to Make America Crip Again, Snoop Dogg teams up with Chris Brown and O.T. Genasis for his new single, “3’s Company” (via Complex).
Over a West Coast instrumental with a lowrider bounce, Tha Doggfather rhymes about Crip walking, smoking spinach, and hosting house parties. O.T. takes the baton from there with a menacing but clever reference to T.I. and Tiny.
“I’m a Long Beach ni**a,” he raps. “Long Beach Crip / C-walk the party, big thing on my hip / Gun never tiny, you can kiss this tip.”
Breezy, who handles the melodic threesome-themed chorus, follows up with a verse of his own. He also appears to reference BLACKstreet’s “No Diggity” with a “play on, playa” refrain. “Get your walk,” he adds. “Hop to it / I’ma show you how a real playa do it.”
“Three’s company,” declares Snoop. “You know how we do it. We the West, y’all. C.B. O.T. S.D. Ooh wee!”
Due Oct. 27, Snoop’s 8-track EP Make America Crip Again is set to feature Kid Capri, October London, and Designer Flow, plus production from Ben Billions, Don City, and Dam Funk.
